We’re very excited to feature two Cleveland, Ohio roasters: Rising Star and Heartwood, along with Lafayette, Louisiana roaster Rêve! Our very first box will feature the following roasts depending on the roast profile selected.

Light Roast subscribers will enjoy:

Rising Star Coffee Roasters: Yuki Project from the Minas Gerias region of Brazil.

This is a natural process coffee with a brown sugar sweetness, notes of bright and juicy apricot with a walnut, dry finish. We enjoy this coffee via pour over, but it tastes great no matter which way you choose to brew!

Reve Coffee Roasters: Organic Bali from the Kintamani Highlands.

This coffee is an origin roast with a natural process. Tasting notes of watermelon, rhubarb, basil, and smooth finish.

Heartwood Coffee Roasters: Columbia Huila.

This coffee is a washed process featuring a blend of many small farmholders in the Huila area. Tasting notes of sweet and tangy fruit acidity, lots of rich cocoa flavor, grapefruit, caramel, and sugarcane juice.

Rising Star Coffee Roasters: Sasaba from the Guji region of Ethiopia.

This is a natural process coffee with notes of strawberry banana, summer melon, and cacao nibs. This would be another great coffee to have via pour over, but will taste just fine no matter your preferred brew method.  

Medium Roast subscribers will enjoy:

Rising Star Coffee Roasters: Glakanja from the Nyeri region of Kenya.

This coffee is a washed process with tasting notes of brown sugar, tomato bisque, and thyme.

Rising Star Coffee Roasters: Peacemaker Blend with coffees from South America.

This is a blend with tasting notes of milk chocolate and sweet figs.

Reve Coffee Roasters: Tarrazu from Costa Rica.

This coffee is a washed process with tasting notes of smooth honey and citrus.

Reve Coffee Roasters: Santa Barbara from the Castillo region of Columbia

This coffee is a washed process with tasting notes of cherry, caramel, hints of plum.

Houseblend subscribers will enjoy:

Rising Star Coffee Roasters: Peacemaker Blend with coffees from South America.

This is a blend with tasting notes of milk chocolate and sweet figs.

Rising Star Coffee Roasters: Direct Trade Blend with coffees from Central and South America.

This coffee has tasting notes of caramel and toasted nuts.

Reve Coffee Roasters: Avery Island Blend

This coffee has tasting notes of raspberry, stone fruit, dark chocolate, and a complex body.

Heartwood Coffee Roasters: Birdseye Blend.

With coffees from Ethiopia and Columbia and tasting notes that are vivid, juicy, and complex.

All subscription orders are billed on the 5^th of each month and shipped on the 15^th of each month. The cutoff date to subscribe for a month is the 5^th. For example, if you place your order on the 6^th of August it would be shipped the 15^th of September. We are working on weekly and bi-weekly options for those who want more frequent shipments!
