What is Dripbox?
We're a coffee subscription box that features small, independent roasters from all over the United States. Subscribers gain access to roaster recipes, quality coffee delivered fresh to their doorstep, and a vast array of unique single origin and blends to enhance your coffee tasting experience and make it memorable.
Do you offer gift purchases?
We don’t currently have this option, but we are working to have it available soon.
What should I do if there's an issue with my coffee order?

What if I don't want to subscribe?
We offer full bags of coffee in our shop that you can purchase one-time or subscribe to.
What types of coffee are available in subscription boxes?
We will feature both single origin and blends on our site. Roast profiles range from light, medium, dark, and decaf.
What about decaf and dark roast coffee in subscription boxes?
While we do not currently offer a decaf or dark roast option for our subscription sampler box, you can purchase an individual full oz bag or subscribe to a full bag of dark roast coffee from our shop.
Do you ship ground coffee?
Quality is of the upmost important to us, and our partners. To ensure you are getting the absolute freshest coffee there can possibly be, we only ship whole bean coffee so we do not compromise on freshness or quality.
What if I want a full bag of coffee?
What's included in a subscription box?
Our subscription contains 4, 3oz bags of carefully crafted roasts from small independent roasters in the US. This is perfect for a coffee connoisseur who loves to sample different regions, flavors, and roasters. Roasters and coffees rotate to give you a new coffee experience.
Can I manage my subscriptions?
You can manage your subscriptions by logging in using the small person icon at the top right of the browser, by clicking “my account” at the bottom of the page, or by clicking here. Once you’re logged into your account you can edit all of your account details. From pausing your subscription, to changing your billing/shipping info.
Shipping & Returns
How often do you ship?
To start we'll only be shipping once a month and those orders will ship on the 15th of every month. We are currently working on making bi-weekly shipping also available.
Does Dripbox ship outside of the US?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How can I get free shipping?
All subscription sampler orders come with free shipping!
Cancellation, returns, and refunds.
We hate to see you go! Subscriptions must be cancelled before the first of the month or you will be billed for that month's box. You can click here to cancel or contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
Refunds can be addressed by sending us an email at email@example.com.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns since we sell perishable, non-transferable products.
