Happy New Year! Like everyone else, we are excited to leave 2020 in the dust and full of hope for what 2021 will bring. While 2020 was a year most of us would like to forget, one positive takeaway we had as a team is launching Dripbox. We’d like to give a big cheers and thank you to our faithful 2020 customers! Light Roast Subscribers will enjoy:
Dark Ritual Coffee Roasters: Democratic Republic of Congo, Muungano Cooperative from the South Kivu region.
This is a washed processed coffee that’s best served black and is great for drip or press. Tasting notes of: elegant oak-like and spice character, plum, raisin, cherry and grapefruit, red wine.
Deep Sky Coffee Roasters: Brazil Single Origin.
This is a natural process coffee with tasting notes of black cherry and cola. Per the roaster: the chocolate and nutty notes pair well with milk-based espressos, dark chocolate, aged cheddar, and fruit pastries.
Heartwood Coffee Roasters: Cornucopia Holiday Blend from the Palermo, Huila and Ngozi regions.
This is a washed processed coffee from the Palermo, Huila region of Columbia and the Ngozi region of Burundi with tasting notes of caramelized citrus, sparkling, joyous.
Rêve Coffee Roasters: Ethiopia Durato Bombe.
This is a natural processed coffee with notes of summer berries, pineapple + lemongrass.
Medium Roast Subscribers will enjoy:
Dark Ritual Coffee Roasters: Honduras, Beneficio San Marcos from the Ocotepeque region.
This is a medium/dark roast washed coffee that’s delicious served black and great for espresso. For cream and sugar fans, don’t worry it holds up great! Tasting notes: brown sugar, toffee, oats, and honey with a mild acidity and medium body.
Deep Sky Coffee Roasters: The Observatory House Blend.
This is a blend is smooth, well-balanced, low-acidity and approachable. This blend combines the best qualities of our Colombia and Brazil coffees, so it pairs well with almost any food!
Rising Star Coffee Roasters: Illuminator Blend.
This coffee has tasting notes of sweet tangerine, bright acidity, creamy body, and soft caramel notes with coffee from South America.
Rêve Coffee Roasters: Revelry Blend.
A medium balanced bodies coffee with notes of bright citrus, creamy chocolate, fresh berry, and brown sugar.
House Blend subscribers will enjoy:

All subscription orders are billed on the 5th of each month and shipped on the 15th of each month. The cutoff date to subscribe for a month is the 5th. For example, if you place your order on the 6th of January it would be shipped the 15th of February. We are working on weekly and bi-weekly options for those who want more frequent shipments!
