Pot o’ gold? More like, pot o’ coffee! It’s your lucky day because we’re adding in two new roasters to our box rotation and have a ton of amazing new coffees to try! While you’ll see some of the same roasters, you’ve never seen any of these coffees before. We’re especially excited to welcome the two new roasters this month, Commonplace Coffee and The Grind. Their coffees are extraordinary and we have been anxiously waiting to be able to feature them in our subscriptions. We can’t wait for you to give their coffees a try!

In the March box we will feature the following roasts depending on which roast profile you selected:

 

Light Roast Subscribers will enjoy:

 

Commonplace Coffee Roasters: Soren’s Project from the La Plata, Huila of Colombia.
This is a washed processed coffee with parabolic drying with tasting notes of baking spices, with a sweet supporting body. Fun fact: this coffee is named after Commonplace Coffees firstborn son!


Rising Star Coffee Roasters: La Pluma De Lachao from Oaxaca, Mexico.
This is a washed process coffee with tasting notes of spicy malt, marshmallow, and cinnamon.


Wild Goose Coffee Roasters: Colombia Fidencio Adarme.
This is a washed processed coffee with tasting notes of guava and amaretti cookies. 


Wild Goose Coffee Roasters: Ethiopia Hunda Oli from the Limu region of Ethiopia.
This is a washed processed coffee with notes of cane sugar, candied ginger, and dried apple.

 

 

Medium Roast Subscribers will enjoy:

 

Commonplace Coffee Roasters: Ceiba from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala.  
This is a washed processed coffee featuring tasting notes that are smooth with graham cracker and chocolate.


The Grind Coffee Roasters: 6 Grain Whiskey Barrel Aged.
Barrel aged for 46 days this coffee has tasting notes of strong whiskey and American oak.


Rising Star Coffee Roasters:  Silimakuta Nuel from the Simalungun region of North Sumatra; Indonesia.
This is a wet hulled coffee with tasting notes of horchata, cocoa puffs, and vanilla bean.


Rêve Coffee Roasters: Brazil Cerrado.
This is a full medium origin roast with tasting notes of nutty and creamy dark chocolate.

 

 

House Blend subscribers will enjoy:

 

Wild Goose Coffee Roasters: Travelers Blend.
This is a blend of washed/natural processed coffees from the Americas and Africa with tasting notes that are fruit-forward and complex.


Commonplace Coffee Roasters: Morning Blend.
With coffees from Ceiba, Guatemala and Serra Negra, Brazil – this is a balanced savory bodied coffee with notes of plum.


Rêve Coffee Roasters: Cajun Prairie.
A full bodied, dark blend coffee with notes of nutty baker's chocolate.

 

The Grind Coffee Roasters: Bendy Blend.
A dark blend coffee with a smooth and creamy finish. Gamers this one’s for you! Based off of the popular “Bendy and the Ink Machine™” (BAITM) is an episodic puzzle action horror game. Wake up and game!

All subscription orders are billed on the 5th of each month and shipped on the 15th of each month. The cutoff date to subscribe for a month is the 5th. For example, if you place your order on the 6th of January it would be shipped the 15th of February. We are working on weekly and bi-weekly options for those who want more frequent shipments!
